What work qualifies?
Almost anything from the work already done: completed analysis like models, memos, and diligence materials; the underlying source material such as financials and data-room files; and the reasoning behind it, the notes, calls, and working steps that show how the result was reached. Is the data traceable back to the deal?
No. The anonymization engine removes names, counterparties, dates, and figures, and transforms structures that could fingerprint a transaction. Every file is signed off by a human reviewer after anonymization, before it ships.
What about confidentiality and MNPI?
Please never upload material non-public information or anything bound by confidentiality. If a file is privileged or restricted, leave it out. Everything shared runs under NDA, and the team screens by review, not self-attestation.
