The team reads every application against the role's standard. Reviews are run by practitioners, former sector heads and portfolio managers, not keyword filters.

Technical AssessmentPaid on Passing

A real-world assignment reflecting the actual work, deal-level analysis, model review, or workflow design, completed on the candidate's own time. Candidates receive compensation for passing the test.

Identity VerificationSecure

To protect the security and integrity of the network, every applicant verifies their identity, a phone number confirmed by text message, then a government-ID check through a trusted identity-verification partner.

Role-Specific Requirements

Depending on the campaign matched with, additional steps may be required before starting, a recorded expert interview or a domain-specific assessment. If required, instructions arrive directly by email.

Contract and Billing SetupOn Approval

Approved candidates receive an email invitation to officially join the network. Contract signature and direct-deposit details are completed in Qofi Reserve, with Stripe and Gusto as the trusted payment partners, before the first engagement begins.

OnboardingImmediate Start

NDA and conflict screening, then tooling setup, Qofi Press for contribution and review, Qofi Reserve for engagements, hours, and payments. Training resources cover data-labeling techniques and model-improvement methods, with an introduction to the network's private Slack community for knowledge sharing and engagement notifications.

Work remotely on your own schedule. Every hour is tracked in Qofi Reserve and paid weekly via direct deposit, with rate increases available for tenure and added responsibility.
